About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our infrastructure systems, including Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our infrastructure systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
