We are seeking a Graduate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at a specialist school in Maidenhead. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will work under the guidance of experienced therapists and psychologists to develop and deliver interventions that promote positive outcomes for children with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or Counselling, and experience working with children and adults with complex needs. A Level 3 qualification is required, and a Degree would be highly desirable. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
