About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager at Ford Fuels Careers, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales growth in South Wales, Herefordshire, and surrounding areas. Your primary focus will be on developing new sales opportunities in various business sectors, while also maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise to build a portfolio of new customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, including regular and repeat business, multi-sales, and approaching customers in all sectors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain professional and technical knowledge to provide tailored sales presentations to customers.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.

About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled sales professional with at least 3 years of proven experience in sales. Previous industry experience, sales qualifications, and lubricant sales experience are desirable. You should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to tailor sales presentations to meet customer needs.
