We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Meallmore's Airthrey Care Home in Airth, Scotland.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their wellbeing and independence. You will work closely with our experienced team of registered nurses and care workers to deliver exceptional care and ensure the highest standards are met.
Salary: £12.00 - £12.10 per hour + overtime rates + benefits
Job Description:
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, following individual care plans.
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes resident wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes.
- Collaborate with care staff to provide comprehensive support services.
- Carry out personal care duties, ensuring dignity and respect for all residents.
Requirements:
- Experience working in health and social care (or willingness to register with SSSC).
- SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A kind and caring nature, with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
