About the Role: We are seeking a talented Sales and Partnership Executive to join our rapidly growing team at Ghostbond UK Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building something that matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, nurturing existing partnerships, and onboarding new stockists. They will also be responsible for empowering through education, analysing purchasing behaviour, and recommending new products to help partners succeed. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for making an impact. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Nurturing Existing Partners: Regular check-ins with current stockists and salons to understand their challenges and provide support.
  • On-boarding New Stockists: Helping new partners see the opportunity we offer and integrating them into our ecosystem seamlessly.
  • Empowering Through Education: Ensuring stockists know our products inside out so they feel confident and excited to share them with clients.
  • Driving Sales Growth: Analyzing purchasing behaviour to recommend new and unused products from our range that align with business goals.
