Job Description

We're seeking an action-driven, enthusiastic, and independent Commercial Finance Analyst (Sales and Marketing) to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key stakeholder, you will be responsible for delivering insight-led change, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance, margin, and drive commercial ambitions. You'll partner closely with the marketing team to support sales and promotional campaigns, forecasting, and providing regular trading updates to senior leadership.

You will lead our quarterly sales planning cycles, analyze margin and menu-mix trends, and provide ongoing insights into product category opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for post-promotional performance reviews, partnering with our digital marketing lead to optimize KFC App offers, and owning test and learn committee initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to gain an end-to-end understanding of the business, building strong business partner relationships, and driving improvements across functions. If you're passionate about financial analysis, have excellent analytical skills, and are comfortable communicating complex data insights, this role is perfect for you.

Requirements
  • A practical self-starter with experience in a commercially focused environment (not required but preferable)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, excellent oral and presentation skills, and clear potential for growth into broader roles
  • Able to build and draw upon strong business partner relationships
