Job Overview: We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate to lead our Employment team in Cardiff. A key aspect of this role will be to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Employment team in Cardiff, providing expert advice on employment law matters.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and development.
  • Mentor and supervise junior members of the team, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams within the firm.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career progression, and a competitive benefits package.
