About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Merchandise Consultant to join our team at Fluid Branding. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to grow accounts and increase sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
  • Work closely with our in-house studio team to provide quotations and proposals
  • Liaise with suppliers to source products that meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Achieve sales targets as agreed with your Merchandise Manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the promotional merchandise industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
