About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Merchandise Consultant to join our team at Fluid Branding. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our clients to drive sales growth and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our in-house studio team to provide quotations and proposals to clients
  • Liaise with suppliers to source products that meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Achieve sales targets as agreed with your Merchandise Manager

Requirements

  • Prior experience within the promotional merchandise industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
