About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandise Sales Specialist to join our team at Fluid Branding. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our clients to drive sales growth and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our in-house studio team to provide quotations and proposals that meet client requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers to source products that meet client needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and account management within the promotional merchandise industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Confident and driven individual with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
