Job Title: Community Outreach Coach

City Football Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Coach to lead the delivery of our Community Outreach programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with delivery and facility partners, ensuring that coaching sessions, monitoring, and evaluation are of the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the delivery of Community Outreach programmes, including PL Kicks, City Girls, and One City Disability.
  2. Support participants through youth voice, football activities, and implementing and regularly reviewing session delivery for each Kicks venue.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, local authorities, and governing bodies to promote CITC's reputation and reach.
  4. Regularly review individual and part-time team performance to assess, identify, and provide training and CPD opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience of coaching community-based programmes, specifically around ASB and youth engagement.
  • Solid experience of working in and liaising with schools, community organisations, and facility partners.
  • Minimum Level 2 Coaching Certificate in Football or youth work.
  • Experience and knowledge of working within a brand environment and understanding the responsibilities associated with representing a Premier League Football Club.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of City in the Community Foundation and its projects.
