Job Title: Community Outreach Lead Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Lead Coach to join our team at City Football Group. As a key member of our Community Outreach team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our Community Outreach programmes, including PL Kicks, City Girls, and One City Disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Community Outreach programmes, ensuring high-quality coaching sessions, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Support participants through youth voice, football activities, and implementing and reviewing session delivery for each Kicks venue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with delivery and facility partners.
  • Support Project Officer in reporting on set KPIs and outcomes associated with the project.
  • Utilize your profile and community network to create, maintain, and develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience of coaching community-based programmes, specifically around ASB and youth engagement.
  • Solid experience of working in and liaising with schools, community organizations, and facility partners.
  • Minimum Level 2 Coaching Certificate in Football or youth work.
  • Experience and knowledge of working within a brand environment and understanding the responsibilities associated with representing a Premier League Football Club.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of City in the Community Foundation and its projects.
