Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute evergreen content strategies, collaborating with editorial staff to optimize content for multiple desks.
- Manage and improve a small team of evergreen SEOs, providing guidance and support to achieve personal and business objectives.
- Analyze content performance across core evergreen categories, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing performance.
- Design and manage monthly reports for senior team members, ensuring easy-to-digest insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of evergreen SEO guides and training materials for writers and the SEO team.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to provide SEO advice, training sessions, and optimization opportunities.
- Work with the technical SEO team to develop product improvements from a technical perspective.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, attending events and staying ahead of the search engine ecosystem.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing SEO content projects from start to finish.
- Thorough understanding of Google, Google Discover, and SEO principles.
- Ability to build relationships across the business, delivering strategic presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience using industry-leading tools, such as GSC, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, and SemRush.
- Numerate and fluent in aggregating and analyzing core campaign performance metrics.
