Make a Difference in the Lives of Students with Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for improving student outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with education teams to implement evidence-based practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on behavioral support and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with schools to provide psychological support and guidance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on topics such as behavior management and crisis intervention.
  • Contribute to the development of service-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Registered with the HCPC.
  • Proven experience working with students with complex needs.
