We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Analyst to join our 1st line team of experienced Technical Analysts. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide support in our fast-paced Service Desk environment, reporting to our Service Desk Team Leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in the production of knowledge management articles to improve the Service Desk Knowledge Base
- Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and provide a quality customer service experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ level 2 in an ICT related field plus experience (or equivalent)
- Experience of working in a busy IT Technical 1st Line Support environment where customers are engaged daily on a remote or face to face basis
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide compassion and empathy to customers
- Knowledge and experience of working within a technical environment that supports hardware, software, and mobile technologies
- Ability to communicate complex issues both verbally and in written format in a concise and easy to understand manner
