Risk Management Specialist

Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring standards for key components of the normative documentation.
You will coordinate the update process, ensuring consistency with Group normative documentation and establishing alignment with regulatory expectations. Your primary focus will be on preparing clear, accurate, and efficient documentation and related summaries.
In addition, you will establish and monitor adherence to the Risk Appetite Framework, Risk Appetite Statement, and Risk Management Framework. You will also coordinate and enhance SGLB and SGIL risk identification and assessment framework, conducting periodic risk identification and assessment campaigns.
Your role will involve undertaking reviews and challenges of key ESG risk factors and capital management aspects. You must maintain awareness of business, regulatory, and market developments, providing support and thought leadership to enhance risk management.
To succeed in this position, you must have advanced knowledge of enterprise risk management in a banking environment. You should have deep experience in developing Risk Management Frameworks, Risk Appetite, Risk identification and assessment, capital management, and production of ICAAP deliverables.
Apart from your technical skills, you should possess excellent coordination and project management skills, demonstrating impactful leadership. You must be able to form effective relationships across all levels of seniority, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence them when necessary.
We are looking for a candidate who can deliver compelling presentations and has excellent writing proficiency, especially in governance and normative documentation. Rigorous attention to detail and proactivity are essential qualities for this role.
