- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital products and experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to drive usable insights from user research.
- Experience building design systems and leading design audits to ensure quality and consistency across products and experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
