About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at Project Start Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation, service, and maintenance work at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, service, and maintenance work at customer sites in accordance with company engineering standards.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and maintain compliance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering clear communication, information, and guidance while on-site.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for site safety, plant reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Take a proactive approach to continuous professional development, including expanding expertise in systems, components, and emerging technologies.
Desirable Skills

Successful applicants should have specialized experience in the maintenance and servicing of refrigeration equipment. Experience with HFC systems would be advantageous, along with familiarity with systems using CO2 and NH3.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 to £65,000, depending on experience, plus bonus and choice of car or van.
  • Career progression with the opportunity to top up base between 10-20%.
  • 35 days inclusive of bank holidays, plus very good pension.
