Job Overview

Flagship Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Designer to join their team in Bristol. As a key member of the company, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional design services to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in design.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a design consultancy or similar role.
  • Professional qualification in designing, building surveying, or building services discipline.
  • Membership of an approved membership body, such as IMaPs or GradIOSH.
  • Thorough knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety principles.
