Job Description: Senior Registered Nurse - Acute Ward
Circle Health Group is seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our Acute Ward team. As a key member of the ward team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the ward and its staff
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to junior members of staff
- Developing and implementing effective ward plans to ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintaining and enhancing customer service and satisfaction of service users
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies
- Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
- Recruitment and selection skills
- Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent
- Critical care or relevant acute care experience
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus access to a range of employee benefits, including private health insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
