We are seeking a Compliance IT Expert to join our team, who will be responsible for providing technical support for our clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, Teams, SharePoint, and other web-based applications and services.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing 1st/2nd line technical support for customers and internal staff for office and customer-facing systems
  • Logging incidents for global staff and customers contacting the Service Desk by email and telephone
  • Coordinating cases to closure by 2nd/3rd line staff with specified service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Undertaking 1st Level operations support, user management, system checks, maintenance, etc., on various line-of-business systems

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
