Job Title: Static Building Services Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full-time permanent position on a static site in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance for a small number of buildings on one site.
  • Deal with emergency lighting, AHU and fan coil maintenance, control panels, water testing, flushing, and plant room maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong working background in building services maintenance.
  • Holding a minimum of level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification.
  • Happy to work on a static site.
  • Able to do some out-of-hours compliance overtime when needed.
  • Experience in dealing with plant rooms, emergency lighting, fan coil maintenance, water testing, etc.
  • Based in a commutable distance to Cardiff.
