Location: Cardiff

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Static Building Services Engineer to join our team at SER Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services on a static site in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on building services equipment
  2. Conduct water testing and flushing, as well as plant room maintenance
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve maintenance goals
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of building services systems and equipment

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
  2. Strong working background in building services maintenance
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  5. Willingness to work on a static site
