As Director of Estates, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming a global top 50 university by 2030.

About the Role

As a member of the University Executive Board, you will provide strategic advice to the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and Chief Operating Officer. You will lead the Estates Division, comprising c.200 staff, and be responsible for leadership, management, and excellence in service delivery across our large and varied university estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Campus Masterplan, working with renowned international architects to deliver ambitious major capital projects.
  • Lead the Estates Division, driving service excellence and ensuring effective management of significant financial resources.
  • Provide strategic advice to the University Executive Board, supporting the delivery of our net zero ambitions and campus vision.
