Job Title: National Facilities Project Manager

Apleona UK is seeking an experienced National Facilities Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of a wide range of facilities management projects, including mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, office refurbishments, fit-outs, and moves and relocations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee both internal and external client-facing projects from tendering through to completion.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage teams to deliver complex projects, including design, implementation, and financial aspects.
  • Manage multiple projects, from planning to execution, within time and budget constraints.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks while delivering projects to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management across M&E, refurbishment, and move management within commercial office or property environments.
  • Experience leading teams and managing the design, implementation, and financial aspects of complex projects.
  • Knowledge of tender processes, contracts, and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety protocols.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
