Technical Expertise

As a Technical Analyst at Lorien, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues with various software applications on a day-to-day basis. This will involve assisting clients with technical support on projects where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Investigate new software to be rolled out within the business and research existing software to ensure business efficiency.
* Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for delivery of solutions.
* Develop and articulate software-related and technical concepts.
* Define and document business and functional requirements, including best practices and continual improvement.
* Act as an interface between business functions and IT technical resources.

Requirements
------------

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
* Proficiency in Excel and Visio.
* Ability to work independently and with initiative to tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* High-level creativity, adaptability, and persistence to find the best solutions.
* Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate multiple tasks to achieve objectives.
* Good influencing skills.
