Senior Building Surveyor Position

A leading Surveying Practice is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team due to continued growth. The successful candidate will have a direct route to associate level, a salary up to £60k, hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare, pension, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct building surveys, inspections, and prepare reports.
  • Manage projects, ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and regulations.
  • Provide advice on building regulations, planning, and safety standards.
  • Supervise junior staff and collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and advise on conservation and renovation projects.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree / qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years' building surveying experience
  • Able to commute to Birmingham twice a week
  • MRICS qualified
  • Good tenure with private practice experience
