**Job Title:** Head of Admissions and Enrollment

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our admissions and enrollment efforts at Lafontainemazdalivonia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll high-quality students, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive admissions and enrollment strategies to meet our enrollment goals
  • Manage and lead the admissions team to ensure seamless and efficient processing of applications
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality students
  • Design and implement effective communication plans to engage with prospective students and families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local feeder schools and other partners to promote our school and attract new students
  • Manage and analyze data to inform admissions and enrollment decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management

**Requirements:**
