Senior Automotive Maintenance Specialist

At Talent Finder, we are seeking a skilled Senior Automotive Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technical department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.

As a Senior Automotive Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out thorough checks on vehicles to identify any necessary repairs and determining their urgency. You will also conduct testing to verify the success of repairs, which may involve road tests. In addition, you will perform basic servicing and repairs to vehicles, including Pre-Delivery Inspections and annual MOTs on all vehicles older than three years.

Your expertise in mechanical systems, diagnostic techniques, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and clients alike. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, updating databases of stock, and working closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and background. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your career in a dynamic and innovative company.
