Job Description

We are seeking an Asset Management Lead to join our team at Pioneer Selection. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximize the value of our assets and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance and extend asset life
  • Manage asset data and perform regular asset inspections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment needs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an asset management or maintenance leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
