About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery and compliance with company financial policies.
  • Ensure project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records, are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in project management, project controls, scientific, or engineering discipline to BEng level.
  • At least 5 years of experience at project manager level or above in high complexity, highly regulated environments.
  • Strong commercial experience, particularly in managing large vendors or service providers.
  • Leadership knowledge of CDM and NEC4.
  • Understanding of the UK regulatory bodies and requirements for delivering change within a nuclear licensed site.
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
