Learning and Development Coordinator

We're looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at Kier Transportation. This role is responsible for carrying out the Learning and Development Function on the contract, ensuring contract employees are safe, legal, and have the correct skills and qualifications for their roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering compliance training to contract employees in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Administration and oversight of activities related to Highways Passport, with a focus on embedding and driving best practice.
- Maintaining the contract matrix and ensuring employee training, qualifications, and skills are up-to-date.
- Assisting with engagement sessions to help employees identify development opportunities.
- Building relationships with managers and leadership teams to promote learning and development.
- Providing general contract administration support.
This role is ideal for those with previous experience in a similar role or general administration position, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
