We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Village Nurse to join our team. As a Village Nurse, you will work closely with the Village Nurse Manager to provide support to nursing and support teams, ensuring that care and support are delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively.
About the Role:
- Assisting the Village Nurse Manager in providing support to nursing and support teams to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Being accountable and responsible for customers requiring 24-hour nursing care, while maintaining a duty of care for all customers in the village.
- Providing nursing support that meets Belong standards, regulatory requirements, and the 'Compassion in Practice' 6C's.
About You
As a Village Nurse at Belong, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults who may be living with dementia or require nursing support. You will use your clinical judgment to help customers improve, maintain, or recover their health and wellbeing, delivering high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care.
As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check. Please refer to the DBS Code of Practice for more information.
