About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Village Nurse to join our team at Belong. As a Village Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Village Nurse Manager in ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective care to residents.
  • Provide nursing support that meets Belong standards, regulatory requirements, and the 'Compassion in Practice' 6C's.
  • Be accountable for residents requiring 24-hour nursing care, while maintaining a duty of care for all residents in the village.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to older people living with dementia or requiring nursing support. As a Village Nurse at Belong, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, using your clinical judgment to help them improve, maintain, or recover their health and wellbeing.

Requirements
