SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant at Remedy Education, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to reach their full potential. You will work closely with students who have a range of SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and learning difficulties, providing individualised support to help them break down barriers and make daily strides in their learning and development.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient and tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate seamlessly with class teachers to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning space that celebrates the strengths of every student.
• Nurture the growth and development of students, supporting them with their studies while also helping them build confidence and social skills.
• Deliver focused interventions to help students overcome specific challenges and achieve their full potential.
