This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with Reliance Talent Solutions as Senior Brand Manager.

The role offers the chance to drive brand strategy and make a real business impact in the fast-paced food industry, where products have short lifecycles and high market visibility.

As Senior Brand Manager, you will work closely with well-known food brands on perishable products like pork, chicken, and beef, applying your brand management skills in a critical sector.

A key part of this role is helping to build a new Comms campaign, Big Bet NPD, and an ambitious plan to expand physical availability. You'll be responsible for managing large budgets, leading brand strategy, and ensuring the delivery of key projects across innovation, packaging, and promotional communications.

This is a complex project requiring initiative and ownership, as you develop and execute brand plans with real business impact. You'll proactively identify ways to drive growth, own in-market results, and ensure all initiatives are executed to a consistently high standard.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Benefits include opportunities for professional development and a collaborative work environment.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • a degree-level qualification
  • at least 3 years' experience in an FMCG food-related organisation
  • experience developing TTL Comms campaigns
  • experience launching Big Bet innovation/Renovation
