Cluster HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Maldron Hotel Derry and Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport. As Cluster HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, with support from a team of HR executives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all recruitment and selection for the properties, including internal hiring and succession planning.
- Support new hire onboarding and drive training and development.
- Ensure a consistently high level of employee engagement within the hotel.
- Proactively manage IR and ER issues and maintain employee compliance standards.
- Manage Payroll through the Time and Attendance systems and monitor the payroll budget regularly.
- 2-3 years in an HR role, ideally in a Hotel or customer-focused environment.
- Travel will be required between both hotels.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- 3rd level qualification is desired but not essential.
- Proactive by nature and a self-starter.
- Experience in payroll and cost management.
- Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
