Cluster HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Dalata Hotel Group. As a Cluster HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all recruitment and selection processes for the properties, including internal hiring and succession planning.
- Support new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Drive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Proactively manage IR and ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including payroll and time-off management.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the business, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for HR and talent development.
