About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality management systems that meet accreditation standards
- Leading audit programs to test the quality management system and identify areas for improvement
- Representing the organization on a regional and national stage, influencing the landscape of quality management
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including UKAS, FSR, and Forensic Service Providers
- Providing expert advice and guidance on quality management and accreditation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent level of qualification in a relevant subject, and/or proven relevant work experience
- Experience of providing high-quality documents and good computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous supervisor/managerial experience and auditing certification
