Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Measurement Strategist to drive our digital measurement programme forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative measurement strategies that align with our business goals.

Main Responsibilities

Advanced Attribution Modelling: Implement cutting-edge attribution models that incorporate machine learning and AI to ensure their continual evolution.

Data Exploration & Innovation: Identify data sets that can uncover unique insights and experiment with unconventional data sources and techniques to broaden our data measurement capabilities.

Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation through close collaboration with media, planning, buying, and analytics teams, promoting continuous learning and experimentation.

Tech Evolution: Identify, evaluate, and champion emerging tools and platforms in the measurement domain, leading the integration of these groundbreaking technologies into our measurement processes.

Education & Thought Leadership: Conduct internal and external workshops and training sessions for marketing practitioners as well as client leadership.

Requirements

  • In-depth relevant experience, with a focus on marketing measurement in the digital space.
  • Deep expertise in AI and data science, with hands-on experience in the latest machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in modern analytics tools such as R, Python, SQL, and advanced data visualisation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft, implement, and evolve strategies in the analytics space.
  • Strong experience in digital measurement practices including lift testing, Regression Based Attribution, and MMM.
  • Must have a strong media agency background.
