Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a child in a Primary School. This rewarding position involves providing 1:1 support and collaborating with the class teacher to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored support for a child with additional learning needs
- Assisting with their educational development and managing challenging behaviours
- Collaborating with the class teacher to ensure a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supporting children with SEN is highly desirable
- A patient and empathetic approach, with strong communication skills
- A valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one
Details:
- Location: Primary School
- Pay Rate: £90 to £125 per day, dependent on experience
