**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build strong working relationships with customers and clients through verbal and written communication.
* Handle incoming calls and queries efficiently, providing timely and accurate responses.
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing spreadsheets, updating customer data, and identifying problems.
* Chase additional information and supporting documents from clients and customers.
* Produce quotations and liaise with suppliers.
**Requirements:**
* Be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Comfortable with numeracy and number crunching.
* Great customer service and professional manner.
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
**About the Role:**
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
**Working Hours:** Permanent, Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 11am – 2pm)
**Salary:** £12 per hour (plus bonus for hitting targets)
**Location:** Redditch
