Senior Account & Business Development Manager

Charterhouse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established business in Wrexham to find a driven Senior Account & Business Development Manager with industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business through targeted sales campaigns
  • Work through qualified leads to prospect for new business
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and visit clients as required
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms and overcome objections
  • Close deals prior to sending to funders for acceptance
  • Liaise directly with funders to discuss deals and documents
  • Build a pipeline of clients, both new and existing
  • Work towards weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Asset Finance, Vendor Finance, or Loans Finance is essential
  • Able to generate new business and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
  • Experienced user of MS Word, Excel, and working on a CRM
  • UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
