Job Title: Senior Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team at Knights Construction Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to work closely with our Financial Controller and contribute to the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate and timely month-end accounting packs
  • Ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are completed on a regular basis
  • Managing pre-payments and accruals, as well as cash flow
  • Preparing VAT returns and fixed assets reports
  • Coordinating intercompany accounts and reconciliations
  • Invoicing and bank reconciliation
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required by the accounts department

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to change
  • Experience with Sage 50 is desirable

Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 16:30pm & Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm (With a 30-minute lunch break each day)
