**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team at U-Educate Ltd. As an LSA, you will work closely with students and teachers to create a positive and empowering learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Personalised Support: Work one-to-one or in small groups with students, guiding them through their academic work and helping them manage their emotional development.
  • Fostering an Inclusive Classroom Culture: Collaborate with teachers to create a classroom environment that promotes inclusivity, respect, and empathy among students.
  • Implementing Individualised Education Plans: Work alongside teachers to implement and follow individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans (BSPs) to help students overcome challenges and thrive.

**What We Look For:** We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. Experience working with children, especially in an SEN or SEMH setting, is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your commitment to supporting students to overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
