As a Disability Support Assistant with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your role will involve providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Attending appointments with clients to provide support and companionship
  • Accompanying clients to day centres and social activities to promote social interaction and fun
  • Assisting clients with personal care and daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Preparing meals and snacks to ensure clients receive a healthy diet
  • Supporting clients with medication management and routine
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work as part of a team to provide high-quality support and care to our clients.
