About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Luton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as attending appointments, going to day centres, and participating in social activities.
  • Support clients with personal care, including maintaining good hygiene and getting ready for the day.
  • Help clients with shopping, budgeting, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

What You'll Need

No previous experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality support. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, patient, and able to work as part of a team.
