Role Overview

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about cooking and delivering quality food, with strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to perfection, ensuring high standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Contribute to inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring the freshness of ingredients
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time
  • Report any equipment maintenance needs and handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Support the kitchen team with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
