Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the food service operations on your assigned floor, ensuring seamless delivery of food and service to patients and guests.
- Collaborate closely with the Food Services Manager to implement rigorous monitoring and auditing processes to ensure strict adherence to CH&CO and Cleveland Clinic London policies.
- Manage a team of food service caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are delivering exceptional service and adhering to company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clinical team, including Nurses in Charge, to ensure smooth coordination and understanding of patient needs.
- Act as the first point of reference for client comments and concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve and queries raised.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to minimize waste, optimize staffing levels, and efficiently manage team leave schedules to prevent unnecessary expenses.
- A competitive rate of pay: £30,900 per annum.
- A 4-day working pattern over 7 days.
