Job Title: Commissioning Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

As a Commissioning Delivery Specialist at Galliford Try Holdings plc, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commissioning projects in the water industry. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commissioning plans and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work with clients and engineers to identify and mitigate risks associated with commissioning projects.
  • Coordinate and manage commissioning activities, including testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including WIMES and BS7671.
  • Collaborate with the client Asset Operations Team to ensure seamless integration with existing assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide training and support to project teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver commissioning projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any issues that may impact project delivery.


About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Delivery Specialist to join our team. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the water industry, with a strong background in commissioning and testing. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and industry standards and regulations.
